It’s January. While I hear almost all my clients talk about cleaning up their diet (mostly 🍷 and 🍭 free), I thought it would be a good time to post some of my meals...nourishing and yummy 😋. Yes-that IS possible!! It’s important to never deprive yourself, but rather seek healthier options and keep it balanced!
Today’s lunch spinach, arugula and Basil 🌿 with roasted sweet potato and pepitas. Dressing was Tumeric Greek yogurt to add additional protein and healthy fats. We checked out the Sierra Nevada Brewery. Not only was their beer list impressive, but the ‘bar’ food was also actually healthy and delish! Beet hummus with veggies-Yum!😋.

Run with yourself. Run with friends. Even run with wacky mascots. However you do it, JUST RUN! It gets your blood flowing, strengthens your heart muscle, releases endorphins…and oh, yeah it burns a massive amount of calories!

Direction is more important than speed, many are going nowhere fast. 🏃♀

The feeling you get from a good race is far better than the feeling you get from sitting around wishing you were running. Again, I repeat. JUST RUN!
