You can't cheat or use a lot of the rest of your body to get the weight up. You need good lower limb mobility to be able to attain the deep squat position with heels grounded and knees out. πŸ‹πŸ‹. You also need good thoracic extension and shoulder/scapula mobility to get the weight above the head in a full elbow lockout position. β˜„οΈβ˜„οΈ

If you have a very good deep squat and good shoulder stability/mobility give this exercise a go πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸš€πŸš€.
