Nothing impressive end of workout, just one of my favorite ways to hit upper chest. Doesnt need to always be an incline 😉 just drive force in direct line of pull with muscle fibers.
Seats LOW and this can be done on most flat machines. Hands should be in line with collar bone. I personally do a slight shrug as i feel it gives me better peak contraction. Elbows can drop a tad, just drive them behind hands on a slight upward angle. Be sure to cue by initiating with your upper chest (lead with chest and flex target) then drive!
