This beer is a blended barrel-aged Saison. Featuring flavors of stone fruit, oak, white grape skin and bright lactic acidity. 5.8% abv. On tap now!

Today's cafe-crypt special features a house-smoked Reuben brisket sandwich oozing with Swiss cheese, homemade 1000 island, sauerkraut on freshly baked sourdough. Pair this with our Broadacres barrel-aged with strawberries and boysenberries. Now on tap!

Join us every Wednesday at 8pm for a beer and some cinematic mayhem in our on-site movie theatré. Screenings brought to you by #ScreamFactory. All films are projected in UHD from Blu-ray source on our 130" screen with superior 7.1 digital surround sound. (All except for the Elves VHS, obviously.) Free entry. Free popcorn.

We have a handful of decommissioned wine barrels for sale. $40 each. Dealer's choice. Cash only. First come, first served. Available for pickup between 10am and 5pm Wednesday-Friday this week.

Bottles of Broadacres barrel-aged with cranberries and spices will be available starting Saturday. Nov. 25th at noon. This small batch of our wild Berliner Weisse features bright acidity and highlights cranberry notes and effervescence with hints of cinnimon, oak, and a quenching dry finish. Cellaring over time results in a more layered sourness with increased funk. Fermented with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces.

We're back with an even heavier modification of "Lacerated Skies". This New England-style IPA withholds an obscene amount of citrus notes and a spicy, earthy finish. Brewed with a new Vermont yeast & English malt. 6.2% abv. Now on tap. No growler fills at this time.

We are collecting non-perishable food items to donate to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. Donation can be made to our taproom anytime between now and the day before Thanksgiving. We will also reward you for being a good person by giving you $1 off any of our house beers.

Pictured is a glorious Chocolate Mousse Terrine (layers of chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache, blueberry compote and Maldon sea salt). Pair this with our Chef Adam's Bourbon-Barrel Aged Imperial Brown Ale. Yes, you heard that correctly. Our Executive Chef brewed this beer and handmade the cake too. He might even deliver it to your mouth if you're lucky............ We released “666 Down Under" earlier on in the year, and now it's back after sitting on oak for the last eight months! Draft only. 8.2% abv. Both will be available starting tomorrow (Thursday) at noon.
