About four years ago, we got fed up with the unacceptable offering of supposed "certifications" that were purported to prepare coaches to coach, when really, most were half-assed money grabs. So we put our money where our criticism was, and we started our own. Used and refined over the years from highly established coaches and athletes across many different disciplines, we feel it's the Gold Standard for the diverse skill sets that today's modern Strength and Conditioning coach must possess in order to be successful, and truly be a COACH. Not a tour guide. New P360 FCC student, MJ, in Lead Coach action today as her certification continues. If you're a great coach out there, or an aspiring one, who wants in for your own development and is tired of most of the garbage out there, stay tuned. Fight for your education and profession. Lots of folks getting their overhead squat on in Wednesday WEIGHTLIFTING tonight. Maria's midline is super stable (she's a climber), you can the normal imbalance created by the movement being new to her, is fought off by a very, very strong core that stabilizes the midline. @m_a_morales
