1/4 tsp. sea salt

Ingredients
3/4 c old fashion oats
1 c Almond milk
1 banana, half chopped and half mashed
1/4 c yogurt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
32g protein (I used @pescience 30% off code PBCHOCO)
3 strawberries, chopped
Whipped cream
Crushed nuts
1 cherry
Directions:
In a bowl, stir together the protein, oats, mashed banana and almond milk until completely incorporated. Separate half of the oats and stir in cocoa powder.
Layer a mason jar with banana slices, chocolate oats, strawberry slices, yogurt then vanilla oats. Top with whipped cream, cherries and nuts.

The only right way for me to start moving day is to consume a stack of Peanut Butter Banana Protein Waffles πŸ™ŒπŸ» Ingredients:
1/4 c brown rice flour
1/4 c almond flour
32g protein (I used @pescience )
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs, large
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 packet stevia

Directions:
Prepare a waffle iron with non-stick spray and turn on high heat
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and banana. Add in remains ingredients and continue mixing until smooth.
Cover waffle iron with batter and cook until golden brown.
Top with peanut butter and chocolate chips.
Note: if batter is too thick add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk- this will change depending on the protein you use.

2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water
1/4 c hazelnuts, chopped
Chocolate Ganache
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup or agave
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp almond milk
