1 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup maple peanut butter powder @nutsnmore
3 medium bananas ripe + 1 additional for topping (optional)
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/4 cup almond milk room temperature
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs room temperature
1 tsp. uncut stevia
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Place the bananas, eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and stevia into a mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl stir together the flour, peanut butter powder, baking soda and baking powder. Add the dry mix to the banana mix and stir just until combined
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Slice the topping banana long ways and place both pieces on top of the batter. Bake for 38-40 minutes.
Let cool before slicing into 12 pieces and devouring!

Healthy Homemade Chocolate Raspberry Granola Protein Bars! 🐿
Ingredients
1 1/2 c quick oats
1/2 c brown rice crispy cereal
1/3 c peanut butter or nut butter of choice
1/3 c plus 2 tbsp maple syrup
32g vanilla protein powder (I used @pescience 30% off code PBCHOCO)
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
1/4 c freeze dried raspberries

Directions
In a microwave safe bowl heat the nut butter and maple syrup for 10 seconds to soften. Stir until combined and then set aside. In a large bowl, stir together the oats,cereal, protein powder, chocolate chips and freeze dried raspberries. Fold in the nut butter/syrup mix until all the dry ingredients are coated.
Press the mix evenly into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Place in the fridge for 2 hours before cutting into 8 bars and serving.

1 c quick oats
16g vanilla protein @pescience discount code PBCHOCO
1 c boiling water
1 drop of each color of Watkins all natural food color
Purple and pink Sprinkles .

Stir together the oats, protein and water. Let sit for 2 minutes. Separate oats into 4 small bowls and drop coloring into each. Stir until incorporated.
Drop a spoonful of each color oats into a bowl and continue piling colors on top of each other until you have used up all the oats. Top with Sprinkles and fruit! πŸ¦„πŸ¦„πŸ¦„
