Healthy Homemade Chocolate Raspberry Granola Protein Bars! 🐿
1 1/2 c quick oats
1/2 c brown rice crispy cereal
1/3 c peanut butter or nut butter of choice
1/3 c plus 2 tbsp maple syrup
32g vanilla protein powder (I used @pescience 30% off code PBCHOCO)
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
1/4 c freeze dried raspberries
In a microwave safe bowl heat the nut butter and maple syrup for 10 seconds to soften. Stir until combined and then set aside. In a large bowl, stir together the oats,cereal, protein powder, chocolate chips and freeze dried raspberries. Fold in the nut butter/syrup mix until all the dry ingredients are coated.
Press the mix evenly into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Place in the fridge for 2 hours before cutting into 8 bars and serving.
