Jen's a kick butt client and a joy to work with! She was having some back trouble from not bracing her abs properly in the squat when the weights got heavy. After helping her understand the 360 brace we used pause squats with chains to give her lighter weight to brace against in the bottom and maintain against increasing load. Just a couple sessions with this and she's crushing it! Probably lots of ways to help with this problem, but this time this technique worked for her.
