But one thing is sure is that this 5 Olympic rings reminds me something that: ☇Everything with faith is possible and dreams can come true ☇
The Olympics game season is definitely the time for incredible and inspiring stories from athletes who are welling to strive against life and limb to compete, to prove themselves, to represent their country and to be the best in the world at something!
There are so many touched stories within all athletes life’s that give you a lesson to all of us and show us that:
With perseverance with believe with faith ; some unthinking goals become realistic
Some realistic objectives become true achievement
and some prowess become GOLD🏆🏆🏆🏆
One last thing : remember when those two runners collided during the women’s 5,000-meter semifinal and stopped to help each other recover? As it turns out, they’ll be awarded the ultimate Olympic sportsmanship prize. The International Olympic Committee announced Sunday that New Zealander Nikki Hamblin and American Abbey D’Agostino would both win the International Fair Play Committee Award for their inspiring display of integrity on the Olympic track.
That is also what Olympic games is for me : true Olympic sport spirit , there is more to sport than just winning .👭😘

I am so excited to announce you, it ifs official we have just registered with my partner in crime @lauramfaccio faccio to the IRON MAN 70.3 Pays d’Aix-France !!🏆🏆 Its definitively a new big challenge for 2018, new disciplines bike and swim 🏊🚴 But it is not the purpose of taking new challenges, Why people are doing that?

Cause its feel so good to go in new unknown universes, trying to surpass ourselves and get out from our comfort zone. I mean I test your limits again and performances from scratch, it will be all new unknown sensations; I will test myself against in a new sportive environment and challenged my performance in another way!

A lot of people ask me  how far do they should go when they are starting running ? 🤔

As a beginner I would say you shouldn’t plan running a very big distance in one shot and  if you objective is 5k or 10 k don’t do it straight away!

Break it down into intervals and try to keep them short at the beginning

By trying to run directly long distance you will probably get frustrated  and you will probably experienced pain or even injuries

I won’t repeat it never often but you need to get to know your body and listen to it , so go slow and PATIENCE  is the key word

Start slowly not too fast,  start with reasonable distance, get your body used to those first training and then increase step by step the distance
Remember also to recover , at the beginning you  body need to recover, break it down into intervals and try to keep them short at the beginning

A simple training plan can help beginners achieve the greatest training effect and avoid overuse injuries. 🤗One of the most effective way to begin is with run/walk method . it’s a simple, it is a training of 30 minutes  that begins with more walking than running, and gradually evolves into more running than walking.

You’ll start by adding one minute of running for every four minutes of walking, and gradually increase your running time so that eventually you’ll be running for twice the amount of time that you spend walking. Over the weeks , you gradually increase  the running and decrease the walking portions of the intervals  until the training become just 30 minutes running.

Morning run in deserted Paris😇
One thing about big city is you are running with pollution. For that reason, I get used to run early on the morning to escape pollution. I know it could be hard to wake up early but here some tips and benefits why I run early:
1-  First, it feels so good to own the street and be alone in a city which is usually totally crowded , and discover your city in a totally different and quiet way , the morning is likely the coolest and most refreshing time to run with clearer air that has yet to be polluted with car exhaust
2-  Running in the morning gives you so much positive energy before starting your day and it will give you the strength to master your day and kill it at work! 💪💪 3-  Burning potential :  You have to know if you jump out  directly from bed  to outside you might burn a greater percentage of calories from fat stores than you will if you run later in the day, it is called Fasted Cardio (Also I know it’s hard but it better to go run without any food and the net benefits of fasted cardio are controversial, more than everything my advice is that you need to get to know your body and learn what is the best for you, I like to run in the morning without eating but some people need to have a little snack before going.
There are some generalities but there are no definitive rules, our systems, our bodies are all different!
And finally the best from running early then is that you will deserve an amazing breakfast
4-  Race Benefits: If you run to train for a race, morning runs helps you to run at the same time of the day you'll be required to perform at your best. Almost all  races, whether it’s a trail or 20k or a marathon, begin before 8 a.m.Running in the morning gets your body accustomed to run at the time you'll have to race

Last training before my next TRAIL  race next wkd:  Golfo dei Poeti in Cinque Terra !! I am so exited 😀😀 When you’re racing on trails, there’s a real feeling about battling against the wilderness and the environment, versus battling against each other

I love trails more than everything cause it is still a race but on trails there is just a sense of being out there in nature and this is a feeling you can only experience on trail and you really have to be in harmony with the nature, even though it makes the race tougher

Here some tips if you want to train for trails: 💪💪 -  Close to my running session I try to do once a week cross training, when you hit the side of a trail at a different angle, you’re using a whole different set of muscles, so  im doing many exercises that engage all of the muscles in all different ways -  When you are running in trail , you always run at different rhythms so I practice interval training over a hill which  allows me to be better whenI have to go up a hill and then down the back side of this hill -  For people who have never done a trail , before the first race I would advise to find a trail path which mimic your race to teach your body how to deal with fatigue and tempo because it is definitely totally a different approach than running on roads. - AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ENJOY AND HAVE FUN!😃 #helloregalo#trailrunning #asicsfrontrunner #spordanegiydim #imoveme #adventure #womenrunning #outdoors #getoutside #lifeofadventure #fitwomen #naturelovers #beautifulexplorers #outdoorwomen #getoutsideandplay #adventureinyou#fitness#fitfan#Brasilrunners#RunNGoSports#runningaddict#runnershoutouts#correr#ランニング#lornajane#joggboxchallenge #runningfervor #bjornborg #letouquet #paris2024

It’s the end of the summer but is not a reason to be sad !
We all feel « down in the dumps” sometimes. We have all  good and bad days .
When it happened we are thinking the world is going to collapse and it’s hard to get away from our bad mood. 🙁

But when it happened I really suggest you to take some time out and get moving. Exercise is one of the best ways to improve your mood. Some people call it a natural remedy. When you exercise, your brain produces chemicals endorphins that help you to feel better . So to get outdoors and go for a run in the park ,take your dog out ,  take some time out to just be on your own or with your loved ones. 🤗

I know a lot of people can also tell me that it’s hard to find time to do that when you are working , but really try to go at lunch even for 30 minutes,  you will come back definitively in better mood, more confident and relaxed and definitively more productive . I do think these “time out” are very important and allow us to escape for a while, let go thing for a moment and restart more powerful!!!💪💪 I wish you all a good start to work !👊
