Morning run in deserted Paris😇
One thing about big city is you are running with pollution. For that reason, I get used to run early on the morning to escape pollution. I know it could be hard to wake up early but here some tips and benefits why I run early:
1- First, it feels so good to own the street and be alone in a city which is usually totally crowded , and discover your city in a totally different and quiet way , the morning is likely the coolest and most refreshing time to run with clearer air that has yet to be polluted with car exhaust
2- Running in the morning gives you so much positive energy before starting your day and it will give you the strength to master your day and kill it at work! 💪💪 3- Burning potential : You have to know if you jump out directly from bed to outside you might burn a greater percentage of calories from fat stores than you will if you run later in the day, it is called Fasted Cardio (Also I know it’s hard but it better to go run without any food and the net benefits of fasted cardio are controversial, more than everything my advice is that you need to get to know your body and learn what is the best for you, I like to run in the morning without eating but some people need to have a little snack before going.
There are some generalities but there are no definitive rules, our systems, our bodies are all different!
And finally the best from running early then is that you will deserve an amazing breakfast
4- Race Benefits: If you run to train for a race, morning runs helps you to run at the same time of the day you'll be required to perform at your best. Almost all races, whether it’s a trail or 20k or a marathon, begin before 8 a.m.Running in the morning gets your body accustomed to run at the time you'll have to race
