Ultimate concentration face for Day 2️⃣0️⃣! This is #Gherandasana right after a fun Vinyasa class at @yogasix led by the incredibly knowledgeable @reallymara116 🙏🏽

Day 1️⃣9️⃣ is #RabbitPose, when I first heard the name of the pose I imagined a field of bunnies running around the studio 🐰 Is yoga with bunnies a thing? Haha 😂

Day 1️⃣8️⃣ is #Laghuvajrasana / #Thunderbolt. I did this pose twice today, in the morning it felt a bit rushed so I went with holding off until it felt just right even though this pose is sooooo frickin hard!! I love it though and will be adding it into my practice without a doubt.

Alright, two classes in one day to catch up---PHEW! 😁 Day 1️⃣7️⃣ of #roadtoscorpion is a variant of #ViparitaDandasana. Thanks to @taxicab21 for the 📸 and lovely Flow class 🙏🏽

Yesterday was the last day of our weekend Thai training and it was a whole ton of therapeutics 💆🏽 then a late night getting home, hosting a friend in town, and missing an opportunity to practice. ..
So today I'm catching up on Day 1️⃣6️⃣ of #roadtoscorpion, #Kuntasana in #hanumanasana 📸 taken by the sweet @nicolebelica. Thanks to @lauren_d_bellagamba (for real now) for a flow class at @yogasix. FYI, both these badass women teach a wide range of classes at Yoga Six in the Gold Coast, so go check them out 👌🏽

Day 1️⃣5️⃣ is a standing backbend or #Anuvittasana. This right here is hard, I feel like I'm gonna die so I hold my breath and freak out a little 😩My morning was a little rushed and I didn't get to warm up as nicely as I would have liked but some days are like this...

Day 1️⃣4️⃣ is #RackPose with #Garudasana legs in the middle of assisting a Thai Bodywork training over the weekend with @bluelotusthaichicago ✨ ..
These full weekends (once a month for 6 months) tend to be pretty intense and exhausting but at the same time fairly rewarding especially as I begin to take on more responsibility in the program! 😊

Day 1️⃣3️⃣ is #Pindasana in #Sarvangasana ☺️ a BIG thanks to @vicarrious for warming me up nicely for this with so many opportunities to practice lotus in class today! 🙏🏽

This pose is so tricky for me but I'm really not interested in perfect. If I can breathe and continue to create space in the shape then it's all good...

Day 🔟 of #roadtoscorpion is an #UttanaShishosana variant before taking a class with the lovely @lauren_d_bellagamba at @yogasix ✨I practice this pose pretty regularly and it was pretty sweet to find a nice supporter variation against the wall that gives me an opportunity to increase sensation!

Day 9️⃣ is a #downwarddog variant, last day at @breathefest and a little sad to leave this amazing place and all of the sweet humans that I met and connected with 😊
