Get your shit together or forever be haunted by what the best version of yourself would have been like. We all fall down. We've all been in pain. Hell I was bed ridden and hospitalized for most of my 19th year. And I've had many ups and downs after that and I'll have other ups and downs as I go. But down isn't a place to build a home. There's so much out there to learn, see, do and be. Put your self care and self love first. And go get it.

We're not all built the same. And rightfully so. Also just because someone has a nice shape or "looks" healthy, it doesn't make it so. Actually many people I've met that "look" good are surprisingly not healthy at all.
A while ago I used to run 8/9km a couple times a week and at that phase in my life I absolutely loved it and felt empowered. I once had someone tell me, "don't do so much cardio you're going to lose your booty" πŸ˜‚ How are you about to tell someone to stop living and doing things they enjoy and that work for their mental health so they can maintain a certain look. At another phase in my life I had people tell me, go eat a burger.... F out of here. πŸ˜‚. I'm going to do what I Need, when I need it. I know my own body, I feel my own body. And I can tell when I'm not doing right by it. But my body isn't here to just be appealing to you physically, or to fit in with a trend. So my message of wisdom today is to do what is right for your mind and your health! You like doing sports vs. Weights DO that! You like walking in nature.. do that! You like lifting weights DO that.
But don't judge another's path, and don't forget that everyone isn't motivated to exercise just for an outward appearance... but for an internal peace as well. ❀️

Hey you, stop comparing yourself to strangers on the internet. Stop comparing yourself to anyone, anywhere. Focus on your mission. You have a purpose you need to keep reminding yourself of. Take pride in it, let it be enough.

This is highly important. Your mind, body and soul shouldn't have a 24 hour open door policy. There's a difference between being open hearted and minded vs. being abused, controlled, on everyone else's clock, suggestions, forgetting self care, and a hallway for folks to pass through, say and do as they please.
Protect your peace and well being from things people and places that you already know don't lead to your better self.
Also become aware of when YOU'RE actually the one bringing the nonsense. Own up, strive to grow and work on your behaviour.
