Vajrasana es una pose antigua y tradicional del Yoga que generalmente se usa para meditación y ejercicios de respiración.

Esta pose es muy similar a Virasana, pero hay una gran diferencia: en Virasana los pies están separados y las nalgas están en el suelo, sin embargo en Vajrasana los pies están juntos y las nalgas están descansando encima de ellos.

Esta pose estira los muslos, tobillos, rodillas y pies. También ayuda a mejorar la postura.
