Since moving to Chicago from Paraguay back in 2014, The Lab became my home. While I moved apartments a few times, the studio always remained a safe place where I could go to. I was also lucky to have met so many wonderful people that now I call friends.
Today I no longer teach at The Lab. To all my students and teachers: thank you, thank you, thank you! Iโ€™m sad that I did not get the chance to say goodbye and tell you how much you impacted my life in a positive way. But I truly hope we cross paths again, on and off the mat.
If you ever came to my classes, youโ€™ve heard these words but here it goes one last time:
Thank you for all the time you dedicated to yourself and your yoga practice with me. I acknowledge all your hard work and the good energy that you brought to my classes.

Since Iโ€™ve been doing a lot more inferno hot pilates classes I thought Iโ€™ll lose a bit of flexibility. To my surprise this is not the case. Iโ€™ve never felt stronger and more flexible in my yoga practice!
I can still remember the first time I touched my head with my toes, fast forward to today I touched my heel to the crown of my head.
Thereโ€™s still a lot of work to be done, I can see I need to work more on my thoracic spine flexibility, but Iโ€™ll get there. One backbend at a time.
Thank you @emma.rhiannon for an amazing class and for letting me use my phone in class! Hehe

I had an amazing weekend in Indianapolis where I attended the workshops of my teacher and friend @cyogalife! Thank you Carmen for reigniting the fire in me and make me fall in love with my practice all over again.
Also thank you to @dmbyogini for hosting the workshops at your beautiful studio @breathingspaceyoga and for hosting me @ your house.
