“Easiest dinner e-v-e-r! Lightly sautéed zucchini noodles, tossed with avocado cream sauce, leftover mixed veggies, and sliced @paleovalley pasture-raised turkey sticks. CREAMY AVOCADO SAUCE (#w30, #veg)
Great with zoodles, eggs, wraps, etc!
Ingredients:
Flesh of 1 large, ripe avocado
3-4 tbsp. avocado oil
¼ cup almond milk (unflavored & unsweetened) or water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. lemon zest
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Blend all ingredients, using an immersion blender or food processor, until smooth.” @cookathomemom

smoothie dEATs:
1 tbsp @paleovalley organic supergreens
½ fresh banana ((or frozen if you wish! will make consistency thicker))
1C organic strawberries
1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
1½C @ripplefoods plant based original pea milk ((add less liquid base if you want your smoothie thicker-i like mine on the thinner side))

blend everything together in a blender, sprinkle some matcha @gr8nola on top, and a drizzy of chocolate ghee 👌🏻there ya go this might be the easiest smoothie recipe i’ve ever made, and hey, maybe one i’ll even make more into a daily routine!” @nurturingbodyandmind
