Post @otheoryfitness lunch today! Had to run a bunch of errands and snag some new outfits to share with you guys, so @chipotlemexicangrill was the quickest meal to pick up on the run! I always get people asking questions about rice so I wanted to quickly mention what rice did for me - it helped me LOSE weight. For years, I restricted my carb intake because I was worried I would gain weight, but once I started listening to my body and playing around with more carbohydrates and #glutenfree grains, I felt so much better and my body weight changed. My body was craving more carbs because of the workouts I put myself through daily and I refused to listen. I'm so glad I finally did. I'm not here to tell you to eat or not eat rice or what is or isn't paleo, I'm here to tell you to listen to your body! Use it as an experiment and remember that your body is continuously changing, so the experiment is always evolving. Learn to listen to your body instead of worrying about what others are eating. Your body will tell you what to do with time!
