After driving 25mph for 5 1/2 hours, I needed to move. I was getting extra bitchy and feeling grumpy AF and even though I wasn’t in the mood to drive to the gym, I knew it was the best thing for me. I didn’t do anything too tough, just simply moved! Here’s what I did:
3x10 back squat with 20 45 degree hypers after every set .
3x10 sumo deadlifts with 20 frog reverse hypers after every set .
Then finished with a quick sprinter of 5 rounds:
50 double unders
20 jumping lunges
10 push ups .
Sometimes you just gotta do what’s best for your body even when you don’t want to! And with everything I did, I was out of the gym in under 45 minutes. It’s hard to come up with excuses when you can work both the body and the mind in such a short amount of time!
