The star of this pic is the sauce. I had about 15 tomatoes that were about to go bad so I made a totally #oilfree & #lowsodium tomato sauce! I never follow recipes, I just love experimenting while cooking and always eye measure. And I never write them down and later forget them so Instagram is a great recipe book for myself. I'll definitely come back to read this one. First of all. In a wok, sautéed in water: +garlic +spring onion +red bell pepper +yellow bell pepper
In a food processor +15 Tomatoes (with no skin and no seeds) +10 Dried tomatoes (soaked in water for 30 min) +3 Roasted Red Bell Pepper
Add that to the wok. Cook for about 15/20 minutes
For seasonings I used: +dash of sea salt +white pepper +oregano +pizza seasoning mix.
I served this sauce over brown rice and sautéed mushrooms + spring onion.
