Forgot to post yesterday's food...for breakfast: 2 waffles topped in a banana honey and cinnamon mash with cinnamon roasted almonds. A big salad for lunch and since I didn't have any other protein readily available, I used turkey franks. And then my shakeology for dinner! Yum! Also had a bag of 100 cal popcorn and a cheese stick for snacks @aykarustamli
