Another good physical therapy/sports reconditioning session in the book! Almost 2yrs of rehab with phase 2 being more aggressive sports oriented. Never knew how screwed up the body's mechanics, balancing muscles would be so out of sync and weak after 3 months of no weight bearing on my rt lower broken tib/fib. Surgery was needed and titanium plates and lots of titatium screws were used to put the bones back together. 9mos on crutches/crutch.. Finally things are feeling a bit more confident, but im prob not going to have my range of motion back to 100% in the ankle area i broke. Just lots of metal and it was put together pretty tight. Im still trying to get small jumps and pushing, to feel out my limits. 75% is prob the best i will get. Im going to keep trying.. Its been a long costly journey to the recovery im at now.
