Eccentric slide for hamstrings
Many athletes or clients, particularly those that have glute firing issues will not be able to switch from eccentric portion of the exercises to the concentric portion of the exercise while maintaning the glute contraction. In this case the hips will drop and flex during the concentric portion of the exercise. If this is case perform eccentric-only reps to improve both strength and function.
