🥦Best Roasted Broccoli🥦

✔Broccoli
✔Garlic
✔Olive Oil
✔Salt & Pepper
✔Pecorino Romano
✔Lemon Juice
✔Red Pepper Flakes 🧾INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°
2️⃣ Cut broccoli into florets and toss in a bowl with a generous amount of olive oil
3️⃣ Drizzle more olive oil onto a baking sheet and add the broccoli, spread out in one layer - sprinkle with salt & pepper
4️⃣ Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the broccoli over halfway through
5️⃣ Add the pecorino romano and bake for 5-10 more minutes until the cheese is melted and Broccoli has a good char
6️⃣ Add lemon juice and red pepper flakes, serve hot ⏲10 minute prep time + 35 minute cook time
