What’s your favourite muscle group to train?!
Back was actually one of my least favourite to train, it’s never been a strong point but really trying to focus on it recently. I’ve noticed because I’ve gained strength in my back training, my other muscle groups have gained strength as well. A strong back is the foundation for a lot of the other muscle groups to grow more. Don’t neglect muscle groups because you don’t like training it, focus on your body as a whole and you will see results bigger and better than before.
