Okay ... some back day movements! So the first one is clearly a seal row, really get that pull forward by allowing the dumbbells to pull your lats at full opening to then contract and squeeze hard back. I like to keep elbows moreso tucked close to my body.

2nd and 3rd video- is a side view and a rear view. This move I completely created. It's a seated row with my mag grip bar. I completely open that lat leaning forward before I row back, I contract my lat first then pull keeping spine straight, but as I get close to full contraction, I pull in an upward motion right to or above sternum if you can. It gives ultimate control and squeeze at the top and teaches you to control your lats in the movement. .

4th video- I once again break down the movement into 3 parts. Contract lats, pull to a regular position, 3rd movement pull back and exaggerate that squeeze.. then rep out regular reps. .

Now i realize it is a little harder to see that pre lat activation for my back is always one of the parts that is never lean for me but try these out, it for sure will elevate your back day. I also dont use heavy weight, just enough for resistance ๐Ÿ˜Š
