This Korean dish uses sweet potato starch noodles & I seriously loove the chewy texture of it! Of course, I replaced the meat component by using TVP soy slices to make it vegan and it turned out perfect👌🏼🍃 Recipe for this dish will be in my upcoming cookbook along with a tonne of other delicious Asian recipes! 🥳 Now... my next mission is to make a bomb vegan jjajangmyum recipe... What can I say I guess I’m noodle-obsessed 🤭🤭
