Trying something new this week: Reverse Grip Bench Press. Constantly seeing @janisfinkelman doing these so I figured I'd give em a shot. I wouldn't say it was a success, BUT I didn't drop the bar on my face, so that's definitely a win. 340x3 followed by an attempt at 365 where I managed 2 and hit my usual wall on the 3rd. I guess it doesn't matter which way my hands are facing for that. Any way, these suck... so I guess I'll probably do them more.
