Happy Saturday 💖 Here’s this full leg workout! @womensbest ✨ Compound lifts are the foundation of my training. I focus on progressively getting stronger in a variety of set and rep ranges. 😊
•Squats - 3x8 reps (185lbs) | 1x15 reps (155lbs)
•Split Squats - 3x8 reps (135lbs)
•RDLs - 3x12 reps (135 lbs)
•Leg Extensions - 4x20 reps (40lbs)
•Leg Curls - 4x20 reps (10lbs)
•Finished with hanging knee raises - 3x12 reps (body weight)
