A lazy workout is better than no workout!! 😫 * Honestly, I was NOT feeling it today!! I have a to-do list a mike long that never seems to get shorter. Anyone else feel like this? I’m struggling... but I made a commitment to myself. I dedicate 45-60 minutes a day, just for me. Please make sure you do this... whether it’s working out, taking a walk, or just sitting in silence collecting your thoughts. Do something for yourself everyday!

But if you do this workout, don’t be lazy like me!! πŸ˜‚ Make sure your #squats are low and the #jumpingjacks are full! Either way, 20 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of strength training with the band had me winded and sweating!! Remember, strength training is important, but you don’t need weights to build strength and muscle. Check out this handy #resistanceband I got from amazon!
