I’ve been feeling super good lately 😊 Operation wed shred is in progress but let me tell you, I have not at all been restricting myself, I have not been forcing myself to go to the gym or to do things I don’t want to do because I think that is super unhealthy. I honestly believe that listening to our bodies is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. If I want chocolate, I’ll have some chocolate. If I want chicken and salad, I’ll have chicken and salad. 🙌 I 100% aim to make the healthier choices most of the time, but it’s so important to not dwell on a “cheat meal” or a “cheat day” even! Restriction for me leads to binge eating and I just don’t feel good when I restrict myself from certain foods. If I feel like smashing out an hour at the gym, I’ll do so and if I feel like not going at all, I won’t force myself to. Exercise to me shouldn’t be about maintaining a number on the scales, it should be about feeing good within yourself. #SelfLove

So much of this I have learnt from the beautiful @georgiestevenson - her ebook is AMAZING if you struggle with creating that healthy relationship within yourself with food and the gym and just listening to your body!!!

Also thought I would tell you that my Confidence blend is my FAVOURITE thing at the moment. I can’t stay away from it. Combine Lavender, Bergamot & Spearmint. You can put it in your diffuser, into a roller blend, or use it with some FCO or your favourite unscented moisturiser for the most divine aromatic dressing 😍 For when you want those feel good feels 🙈 #HappySaturday
