Ingredients (for 1 portion)
Turkey breast mince 125g
Mushrooms 53g
Courgette 45g
Red onion 27g
Pepper 47g
Chopped tinned tomatoes 90g
Tomato purée 3g
Oxo cube
Brocolli cous cous 70g

Method
Finely chop veg
Put all veg in pan and fry for 5 minutes (no oil needed)
Sprinkle of chilli flakes
Add turkey mince until no pink left
Add oxo cube (dissolved in one cup of water) tomato passata and tomato purée
Sprinkle of dried oregano
Simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Cook broccoli cous cous according to packet.

Serve & enjoy.
