As we warm up for today’s 5K run, we will drill the “Pose” running technique. This technique has you landing on the ball of your foot to your toes, rather than heel to toe. A couple of reasons

This aligns the body to have less high-impact on the joints. Ever feel a sore back when running? This may help! Also, shin splints, Achilles’ tendon injuries, and sore knees are lessened with this method. It also lets gravity do some of the work to keep you moving forward.
