Max Effort Upper this week was Incline Pin Presses with the @elitefts American Grip Cambered Bar. Worked up to a new PR of 368, which moved well, so I took one more with 378 which was a good grinder. It was tough... but not as tough as getting out from under this damn setup. Backed off to 308, set the pins one higher, and did lockouts for sets of 8. A quick upper back, rear delt, and tricep blitz followed to finish the night off.
