When it comes to building muscle, losing weight, getting stronger, etc., it all comes down to what we’re putting in our bodies. You can’t run a machine on no fuel, so if you want to be a beast, you need to eat like one. Eating good foods, OFTEN is the key to growth. Too many of us are UNDEREATING! YES, we are under eating, not a very popular phrase in today’s society lol. BUT, for those of us who want to build lean muscle, accomplish amazing feats of strength, and be in amazing shape, we MUST fuel the machine we are trying to operate.

1. Carbs are best utilized at breakfast, pre and post workout.
2. Make sure you’re getting enough healthy fats, but limit your fat consumption pre workout.
3. Every meal should have a consistent amount of protein in it(4-8 oz)
