This workout consisted of:
•Hanging knee raises- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
•Hip Thrusts- 4x8 reps with 245lbs + resistance ban
•Deficit RDLs SS Static holds (30 seconds)- 4x8 135 lbs
•Cable kickbacks- 3x20 each leg
•Hamstring Curls- 3x20 each leg
