#TBT to a video on Shoulder mobility work 🔑

Couple of movements to throw in to help with shoulder mobility, which is something most gym goers can benefit from:
-
1) Band pull aparts: start with your arms straight out in front of you, holding, begin the movement with a reverse fly motion, moving your hands out in line with your sides

2️) Shoulder dislocations: don't be alarmed by the name 😂 -
Hang arms in front of body across your upper quads with arms fairly straight. Rotate shoulder blades upward so band moves up and overhead then retract shoulder blades and externally rotate shoulders to get the bandbehind your back. Rotate shoulder blades upward to move the band back, then extend shoulders to lower band back to the starting position

I’ll often do these first thing in the morning but you can also fit them in between sets of exercises that aren't too taxing 😅
