INNER PEACE... It's not always easy to find. Our minds are often busy & overstimulated. We focus on the next thing, and the next. We dwell on the past and worry about the future.

What would it feel like if we could practice simply being here in this moment?

No where to go. Nothing to do. Just here. Breathing in. Breathing out.

There's space in this place. There's ease here. Full awareness in this moment is a gift we can continuously give to ourselves. It's a beautiful thing.

How do we develop awareness? Through the practice of mindfulness. It's just like with music or yoga - we train it overtime through continuous practice.
