I love this review of my Online Mobility Foundations Course because it captures an important principle behind it. You have to express motion regularly to maintain it. How often are you moving your joints through their full ranges? How about over the last 10 or 20 years?
Your motor control, coordination and tissue health will reflect this. So first things first, get back what you can, while you can and then move on to more complexity and more freedom.
I’ve put together a systematic approach to doing this. The program can be done at home with minimal equipment and will take you through every joint in three phases:

1. OWNING your Ranges.
2. EXPANDING your ranges.
3. INCREASING complexity.
