The 360 on the bar is a relatively easy Calisthenics Exercise to learn. It requires little explosive strength, only a good core and balance.
Swing your legs back and forward. Once your legs are in front of your body, you can use your core to press off the bar. The use the other hand of the one you're spinning towards to push you off to the wanted direction.
Place your booty πŸ‘on the bar and let moment make the turn for you. Make sure to be fast and catch the bar on time. It's a do-able exercise for people who have a bit of understanding of bodyweight workouts.
