#diastasisrectiexercises perfect way to strengthen your “corset” muscles.

This can be done anywhere

Throughout the exercise make sure you focus on breathing, pelvic tilting, abs engaged.
.
30sec, 10 sec switch -4 rounds
.
-Bent over straight arm band pull, make sure flat back, neck/head is aligned with your natural curve of the back.
.
- butterfly hip rolls, pull arms and knees apart when up, squeeze glutes, abs tight
.
-kneeling squat alternate band pull, goal try not to twist, or rotate the hips. Have them fave forward. This one i rushed for the video
.
Repeat till you did 4 rounds.
.
It’s a slow control workout, but it helps strengthen the core.
