Woke up feeling healthy & happy (especially after my morning routine)😜 So I thought I’d share my morning routine with you (& potentially change your life 🥳) 1️⃣drink 1-2 cups of water, with lemon in it! 🍋
2️⃣Celery juice + vitamins ✨ 3️⃣ Dont drink coffee until you’ve done both of the above + have breakfast (Coffee and breakfast go together #hormonebalance) 🍴 4️⃣ Write down 3 things your grateful for (something different everyday) + your 1 goal for the day. 5️⃣ Plan out a rough idea of what you will be eating for the day (just a general idea) along with your schedule for the day, including your workout! 6️⃣ Learn to meditate, just 5 minutes a day will change your life!🙏🏽 7️⃣ If your going to consume anything first thing in the morning, don’t let it be social media. Read a book. Listen to a podcast. (5 minutes to educate your brain 🧠 each morning)
8️⃣ Wash your face, brush your teeth and shake your booty! 🙃 (this is usually when I listen to a podcast or audible-step 7) Success is found in your daily routine. If you don’t have one...try this one!
