Seriously, how many times have you tried making Protein Pancakes that fail before the batter even hits the pan?

✖️... that are rubbery in texture and require a chainsaw to cut through?

✖️... that fall apart during flipping and are probably more like “scrambled protein eggs”?

These pancakes 💃🏼HOLD THEIR SHAPE💃🏼 in the pan, flip flawlessly with zero sticking, and rise up thicker than my waistline ✅

⬇️THE RECIPE ⬇️ for this kickass Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes Stack

30g quick oats
30g @macr0mike protein powder
10g chia seeds
5g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 egg (50g)
5g honey
1/4 cup almond milk
Dash vanilla essence
.
1️⃣Blitz all dry ingredients in a blender for a few seconds until a fine powder forms
2️⃣Whisk all wet ingredients together I’m a bowl
3️⃣Add the dry mix to the wet and mix well, adding more milk until you reach desired consistency
4️⃣Allow batter to rest for 5-10 minutes - this will help it thicken, but you may need to add more milk to loosen it up
5️⃣Using a non-stick pan over low-med heat, pour in desired amount of batter and flip after 1-2min
6️⃣Transfer pancake to a plate and repeat with remaining batter
7️⃣Dress up the pancake stack however you like! I layered mine with @macr0mike PB+, warmed mixed berries and Pistachio @fitlato
