Your body has a natural ability to heal itself, but we have to remember to deeply connect and listen.

Let’s play with a few examples...

The space between your shoulder blades has been throbbing. You feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. It’s time to delegate some of your responsibilities and take a break.

Your joints seem chronically inflamed. You’ve been pissed at your Dad for a week. These hot and fiery feelings need to be released.

Your chin breaks out every time you eat cheese, whether you make that connection or not. Your hormones are unhappy. Your body is saying let’s pass on the cheese next time.

You are experiencing a fibromyalgia flare. You don’t feel good enough, you keeping pushing to be better but you also experience resistance. You are conscious of your image. You need to indulge in self love, acceptance, and forgiveness. You are enough.
