Jouyo manjuu (薯蕷饅頭), wagashi made with a dough made of yamaimo and rice flour, filled with koshian (smooth sweet bean paste) They are traditionally eaten during Tsukimi (the Moon Festival) but are available year round. They are usually just plain round dumplings, but the rather abstract bunny shaped ones from Sentaro are so cute. 🤗 #月見団子
