Something too many people tend to do when going on a diet is eliminating breakfast. You should always start your day out with some sort of breakfast. It doesn't have to be huge but it should be something to give you some energy and get your metabolism going.

Breakfast is something you can easily take control of and have something quick yet it'll still be healthy and potentially high in protein.

This picture shows you just a couple of examples of a quick, healthy breakfast that can and will keep you on track during your diet.

Just remember, it's not a good idea to skip breakfast. Have something, even if its quick!
