I get so many people ask me how I find the time and energy to workout every day AND teach. "I just don't have any time," "I'm just so busy!" .
Like, you guys, I don't find time and energy. I MAKE it. I am busy too! SO busy. I have to-do lists that are literally filling notebooks at the moment. But I am a priority in my life. Your own health, well-being and fitness needs to be somewhere at the top of your list every day. Otherwise, what's the point? YOU are important! You really are! .

It is so easy to workout for half an hour of your day when you MAKE the time for it. Half an hour less in bed, half an hour less scrolling through social media, half an hour less of that TV programme. It's worth it, believe me! πŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Don't let "I don't have time" become your excuse to not look after yourself and your body. Just do it! And if you need some tools and some accountability, send me a message. I am always here to help β€πŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ .

But basically, try to remember that you are important and you deserve some time to look after yourself and focus on your own goals ❀ you can't pour from an empty cup #fillyourowncup #youisimportant #focusonyourgoals
