Warm oats season is in full swing here in Northern Ireland ๐Ÿ˜– so hereโ€™s a little tip for high volume, high protein oats ๐Ÿฅฃ
I soak 40g oats and 1tsp chia seeds in water over night (you can use milk if you prefer) | the next day throw them in the saucepan on low heat (for extra creaminess) & add more water (or milk) & grated courgette | crack an egg white in which makes them even fluffier and bigger | keep stirring on low heat & when they are warm add in a scoop of protein (@bulkpowders_uk banana caramel vegan protein) ... I also added frozen raspberries & cinnamon, then topped with @lindtuk raspberry infused dark choc / frozen bluebs / banana / @grenadeofficial white choc protein spread...and that my friends, is how to turn your basic 40g bowl of porridge into a big owl bowl of goodness ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿป
