How can it be possible that these are all foods in my daily life? I can eat a salad along with oreos and it is normal. I am not eating one or the other out of pressure, rather out of want. Your pallet may look totally different. You might ACTUALLY not like sweets- and that is ok too! ⠀

But I believe that if I have a craving, I eat something. If I tell myself, NO NO NO NO NO-then...it makes me want it. It's sorta kinda like the boyfriend you knew was bad in HS- everyone told you so, but you still wanted to date him! LOL Ok, or maybe more like the "Don't touch it-it's HOT!" warning...that warning triggers something in our brain that says..."touch". ⠀

This practice has allowed me to have a donut or an oreo or a s'more with no guilt. White-knuckling through counting macros made me crazy. Weighing and measuring and having a cut-off time to eat....made me want to eat past the cut-off! Maybe that just makes me a rebel! Maybe you can relate? Either way- let me teach you how to enjoy food without white-knuckling through a dumb diet! ⠀
