It was booby day! And some shoulder boulders! I did quite a bit of cardio today as well, starting with a 7 minute 53 second mile run 🙌🏼 then I did my chest and shoulder workout, which is on video(I did 3 sets of everything). I focused a lot on the bench press so a lot of it isn’t on video, but this is what I did. —
1x15 with the bar
1x1 with 115lbs
1x8 with 95lbs
1x10 with 85lbs
1x12 with 75lbs
1x15 with 65lbs
1x20 with 55lbs
1x25 with the bar

Let me tell you, that bar felt a whole lot heavier than 45lbs at the end there 😂😭
I finished with a half hour on the elliptical-aiming for 4,000 strides. Then I ran up the staircase 20 times for a total of 20 floors. —
Also, can I just say how stoked I was when I stepped on the scale this afternoon?! 178.8lbs! That’s a 71.2lb loss since last October! •
