It's so rare to see beers like this in Australia.
Over the past four-and-a-bit years of Bitter Phew's existence, we've managed to sample beers from Michigan’s @jollypumpkin only a handful of times. Every sip has been a memorable experience for us - so we're pretty chuffed that we've managed to score a few cheeky kegs to grace our taps this weekend!
Jolly Pumpkin make unfiltered and unpasteurised American farmhouse ales. All of their beers are aged in oak and contain naturally occurring cultures.
Included in this weekends tap showcase is a very rare collaboration with the Australian @lasirenebrewing , the Costa Dei Villa Farmhouse Saison.
