Broke the 5 day Fasting Mimicking Diet on day 6πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ. Glad I made it!
Had a Chosa mango first thing in the morning. A glass of fresh coconut juice after 1 hour and now this, 1st so called solid food after 6 days...Quinoa Upma full of veggies. Believe me it tasted deeevine!
