Need a little pre yum before dinner? Try these jalapeño goat cheese stuffed bell peppers. Roast halved mini bells basted in olive oil for 10 minutes at 400. Remove from the oven, stuff with goat cheese and jalapeños. Bake for another 3 minutes. Serve warm!
