PILLARS OF THE EARTH - 12th century England. The construction of what is to be the greatest and most beautiful #cathedral in England begins. Builders compete against each other to contribute the most to this cathedral's construction and, in so doing, score the most victory points. To play the game, first players must use workers to procure raw building materials, and then use #craftsmen to refine the materials into victory points. What actions will you take on your path to victory? #kenfollet #pillarsoftheearth @999games #boardgame #boardgames #boardgamegeek #gamestagram #gamenight #jeuxdesociete #jocsdetaula #giochidatavolo #juegosdemesa #bordspel #brætspil #brettspiel #bgg

Het spel dat me teruggebracht heeft naar bordspellen. Ik was nooit echt pro Catan maar met deze was de liefde voor worker placement direct gebeiteld (pun intended)

@meeple.people Many people say it's their all time favorite.. maybe that's part nostalgia and maybe because they read the Ken Follet books? I thought it had a solid mechanic and it was enjoyable. But not a game I'm running to buy now..

@elinejansens yeah you probably right. The mechanic are solid but sometimes the luck is to big of a part of the game for me.
