I am about to dive into a MULTI-COURSE GARLIC DINNER. A dinner where EVERY DISH has garlic in it. INCLUDING DESSERT. I'm SO EXCITED. Not only because of the garlic, but because all the garlic is grown by @bulbsoffire, a local sustainable garlic farm here in Tiny Township. Turns out they sell over 40 kinds of garlic. Is it news to anyone else that over 40 kinds of garlic exist?? I'm sure I'll learn all about it tonight. Stay tuned for more info!
