These egg muffins are fantastic!! They’re easy to make, full of vegetables, and snack size!! You guys, I’m really excited about them!!

+ 6 eggs .
+ 1 cup chopped vegetables (I used sweet pepper and onion)
+ anything else you want to add (I added a slice of chicken. Cheese would be eggcellent) 😉
+ pinch of salt, pepper, herbs (I did dried savoury) .
Grease a muffin pan and drop in your mix-ins. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with seasoning and pour over mix-ins. Should make 6 muffins. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. .
